Dr. Cedric Lewis
Dr. Cedric Lewis is a 1996 graduate of the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry and started his practice ownership journey in 2003.
Dr. Lewis started his practice in Honolulu in an 800 sq. foot, 2 op office in an office complex with 60 other dentists in a one block radius with only two employees averaging roughly $28K/mo for the first year and was considering leaving the profession. Fast forward to 2020 and he now leads an organization made up of 11 doctors in two large locations on Oahu with a total of 20+ ops open 7 days a week with hours from 7 am to 9 pm with over 80 employees and revenues of $8M in 2019. In 2020, his practice saw revenues of $10M even with governmental regulations curtailing his practice operations and completely shutting down dental hygiene services from mid March thru April 2020 during the COVID pandemic of 2020.
He has been consistently voted by his peers to Hawaii’s Best Dentists list in Honolulu Magazine from 2003 to 2021 and is the founder, owner, and CEO of Waialae Dental Care and Dental Care of Pearlridge as well as the founder of The Honolulu Dental Entrepreneur Forum, Chrisad Mastermind Forum, and Next Level Dental Academy. He has been a featured speaker at several dental meetings, and co-founded and co-hosts a podcast called the “Dental Sherpas: We’ll Help You Climb Your Mountain”. He is also releasing a book in 2021 titled, Failing to the Top: The Good, The Bad, & the Ugly of Growing a Dental Practice.
